Natural Sweeteners
Aviva has a great selection of low, or zero glycemic sweeteners that taste good, but have little or no insulin response, so they're safe for diabetics. While stevia is fairly well known, other great sugar substitutes include xylitol and erythritol. My favourite natural sweetener is Luo Han Guo, sometimes called monk fruit, a famous Chinese fruit. Other healthy sweeteners are derived from agave nectar and coconut sap. - Nathan Zassman
