Product Notes:
Sprouted seeds or grains provide far more nutritional benefits than the original raw foods, because the sprouting process not only dramatically increases the amounts of vitamins and minerals in them and their antioxidant score, but also improves our ability to absorb those nutrients by eliminating enzyme inhibitors which were protecting the seeds before they spout and or reducing other factors which interfere with our digestion such as phytic acid.
