Human Micro Flora (HMF) are Genestra's proprietary line of beneficial bacterial strains derived from humans.
These strains have a high tolerance to our stomach acid, and so survive the passage to the intestines, where they're able to adhere the walls of those digestive organs better than many other types of probiotics. This helps to repopulate the GI tract with the "friendly bacteria" needed to break down and absorb nutrients, but which get killed off during the course of antibiotics treatments.

Each capsule contains:
Probiotic Consortium: 100 billion CFU, consisting of:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60): 25 billion CFU
- Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-21): 25 billion CFU
- Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20): 25 billion CFU
- Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL-34): 23.75 billion CFU
- Ligilactobacillus salivarius (CUL-61): 1.25 billion CFU.
Other ingredients: Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), hypromellose, silica, magnesium stearate.
CFU = Colony Forming Units
Suggested Usage:
Adults and Children (6 years and older): Take one capsule daily with a meal, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store under refrigeration (below 8C).
Warnings:
If you have an immune-compromised condition, do not use Genestra Brands HMF Antibiotic Care Probiotics. If experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult healthcare practitioner prior to use.
