Suggested Usage:
Tincture - Adults: Take 3 to 6 ml (90 to 180 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Store at room temperature.
Capsules - Adults: Take 2 vegicaps twice daily with a little water and a meal. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Store at room temperature.

Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are taking prescription medication, or if you have liver or gall bladder diseases and/or intestinal obstruction. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Discontinue use if you experience diarrhea. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing.
