Luffa operculata (Sponge Cucumber) - grown in Africa, and Central and South America, whose dehydrated fruits are often used as exfoliating sponges, it is also used to treat nasal dryness and crustiness, as well as some forms of head cold congestion.
Hydrastis canadensis (Goldenseal) - a North American herb with anti-bacterial properties that's often used in herbal remedies for upper respiratory infections, allergies, and sore throats.
Allium cepa (Red Onion) - used to relieve inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose.
Galphimia glauca - a small, evergreen shrub that grows in Mexico and Central America, used to relieve hay fever.
Histaminum (Histamine dihydrochloride) - a salt form of histamine presented in a microdose to help regulate how much histamine your body produces.
Lac defloratum - produced from skim milk, used to relieve headaches and congestion.
Sabadilla - another plant from Central America and Mexico, used to stimulate a healing immune response in the mucous membranes of the nose.
Solidago virgaurea (European goldenrod or Woundwort) - a plant with antibacterial activities, used to treat respiratory tract infections in some medical traditions.
Zincum aceticum (zinc acetate) - used for cold and allergy symptoms; the zinc ions may block rhinoviruses from binding with the cells lining the nasal passages.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Distilled water, Certified Organic vegetable glycerine, xylitol, sea salt, sodium bicarbonate, grapefruit seed extract (preservative), propolis, vitamin C, Certified Organic alcohol.
Suggested Usage:
Dosage for Adults and adolescents over 12 years old: take 1 or 2 sprays per nostril 3 to 5 times per day.
Dosage for Infants and children up to 11 years old: Take 1 spray per nostril, 4 times per day.
How to use: Begin by blowing your nose into a tissue, as normal. Then spray into one nostril at a time with the bottle in one hand, while closing the other nostril with a finger on your other hand (either by plugging it from the bottom or by pinching it closed from the side). To administer a spray, place your index and middle fingers on the ledge on either side of the nozzle, while supporting the bottom of the bottle with your thumb. Then squeeze with both index and middle fingers to spray.
Store at room temperature.
