Many of us enjoy taking to the streets or trailways in the evening or early morning hours to run, bike, walk for exercise, and others use bicycles to commute in all manner of conditions, and the last thing any of us want is to be struck by a vehicle or to have another cyclist, pedestrian, or jogger collide with us because they did not see us until it was too late.

Suggested Usage:
To apply / attach the bracelet to a body or bike part or a backpack strap, just unroll it, hold onto the battery end, and simply slap it on (with the fabric side toward the area it's to go around and the reflective side facing out), so it winds itself around the area.
To activate or turn off the Lights, first remove the plastic tab above the battery (which is there to prevent it from getting drained during shipping). There is a button to push above the battery, to alternate between its three active modes, depending on your preference, setting, or the conditions, as to which you think would be most suitable to ensure your visibility or provide the best protection:
1) Push the button once, to set the lights to Quick Flash mode;
2) Push it a second time, to switch it Slow Flash mode;
3) Push once more, to have the light just emit a Steady Glow; and,
4) Push it a fourth time to turn it OFF.
Warnings:
This item is not waterproof. To ensure the electronics keep working, do not immerse it in water or other liquids.
