Suggested Usage:
Proper Dosing of Immune 7: Use only as directed below or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Results will be different for each individual, although most will experience identifiable immune support within days of consistent application.
Take on an empty stomach (if nausea occurs, take with food). If using simply for maintenance, take before bed.
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules per day, or as directed by a health practitioner. Take with food.
- Maintenance Dosing – for those times when there is nothing actively compromising your immune system: take 1 to 3 capsules per day
- Intermediate Dosing – for those times you are feeling rundown, or are under higher stress, or traveling, or if you are an athlete: take 2 to 6 capsules per day

- Maintenance: 1 to 50 pounds, 1 capsule per day. 50 to 100 pounds, 2 caps per day

Warnings:

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice), or if you develop a rash, abdominal cramping, loose stools, mouth ulcers or fever.
Some individuals may experience an initial upset stomach or loose stool. This usually passes within a few days.
