Nutrient 950 from Pure Encapsulations is complete (except for iron), with highly bioavailable forms of vitamins such as Metafolin (the activated form of folate) and minerals (which are readily absorbed thanks to the presence of superior cofactors), and has a high antioxidant profile. Iron is intentionally left out since ample amounts are obtained through most diets, and supplementing with additional iron may be harmful.
This is a gentle, hypoallergenic formula, which is well tolerated by sensitive individuals.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Current directions are to take 3 capsules daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Others recommend 4 to 6 capsules per day, in divided doses, with meals (e.g., two capsules with each meal).
