Info: 60 Softgels
CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) is a powerful, fat-soluble antioxidant, protecting the body's vascular system and tissues against free radicals, and assisting in cardiac function through energy production. Deficiencies in it are associated with low energy, mitochondrial diseases, systemic inflammatory conditions, neurodegeneration, and chronic diseases.

Product Notes:
Coenzyme Q10, or ubiquinone, refers to "ubiquitous" meaning that it is present throughout the body. Coenzyme Q10 is used to produce energy on a cellular level, with the highest concentration being found in the heart.
Co-Enzyme Q10 is a substance all cells need to live. It is also called "ubiquinone," which is very fitting because co-Q10 is literally ubiquitous (everywhere) in your body, as well as in all living systems. It is one of the vital keys to the process that produces most of your cellular energy.
Studies
This CoQ10 formula also includes the fat-soluble antioxidant Vitamin E, because animal studies have shown that combination can decrease atherosclerosis and inflammation (which are precursors to heart disease), along with lecithin and olive oil, as delivery systems to increase their bioavailability. Together, these ingredients in Protocol for Life Balance's CoQ10 work synergistically to support heart health and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
