This is a 50/50 blend of two organic superfoods, Chlorella and Spirulina, which are both microscopic single-celled freshwater green algae with at least a 60% complete protein content. They provide a well-balanced array of essential nutrients (especially lutein), vitamins (especially B vitamins and vitamins A, D and K), minerals (especially iron), and are also antioxidants.

Ingredients:
Organic Broken Cell Wall Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris, whole plant), and Organic Spirulina (Spirulina platensis, whole plant), in equal ratio.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: take 1 teaspoon (about 2.3 g) daily in water or juice, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
