Alkaline Mineral Body Care Bath Salts
These special salts can be used in full baths, foot baths, or different kind of wraps, as well as in a variety of other applications, providing alkaline mineral skin care with a pH value of between 8.0 and 8.5 (depending on the initial value and hardness of your tap water), which is like being back in the womb.
To support a continuous flow of energy, Alka-Bath (or MeineBase, in German) features eight types of precious healing stones (which have been finely ground up) which were selected to be carefully balanced to the chakras of the body: Agate, Carneol, Citrine, Chrysoprase, Chalcedony, Sapphire, Rock Crystal, and Onyx.

Suggested Usage:
For full baths, a bath temperature of 36°-38°C (97°-100°F) is recommended; for foot baths, it should be a bit warmer: 38°-41°C (100°-106°F).
First run the water / fill the tubs, then sprinkle in the salt.
The Alka Bath granules are very concentrated. For a full bath in a normal tub, three tablespoons will suffice. For compresses/wraps,* inhalations,** or foot baths, you only need a heaping teaspoon. (There are external markings for those quantities etched into the container lid, which also serves as a scoop dispenser.)
The bathing times should be at least 30 minutes; ideally 45-60 minutes or longer. Brush your body all over with a bath brush every ten minutes or so during the bath to help.
To clean the tub afterwards, an ecological vinegar-based detergent is recommended.
* For a compress or wrap for cleansing your neck or forehead or other body parts, or to relieve a headache or sore throat, use about a half liter of water and a teaspoon, and soak a cloth, towel, or dedicated compress or wrap material in it and apply and fasten to the desired area.
** For an alkaline inhalation, if you are suffering from colds, chronic rhino-sinusitis, hay fever, bronchitis, asthma, or other allergies, add 1 teaspoon of AlkaBath to 1.5 to 2 Liters of boiling water in a large bowl, and place your face above it (possibly with a towel wrapped around the back of your head and shoulders, to keep the vapours in), and inhale the steam for two to three minutes, twice or three times a day, as needed.
You can also use this product as a natural deodorant: simply drop a pinch into some room temperature or warm (36°-38°C) water, apply it to your clean, dry armpits, and allow it to dry before dressing.
