Suggested Usage:
Simply pop in the grinding disc appropriate to the task; prop the unit atop a large bowl or pot on its three fold-out legs; place your produce into its large 2.3 quart capacity stainless steel inner bowl (either whole for soft items like tomatoes, or cut into wedges or chunks), which will maintain its temperature; then hold the long handle with the soft non-slip grip with one hand, and crank the large-knobbed handle on top with the other; and out comes the smooth or slightly chunky sauce (depending on whether you're using the fine, medium or coarse-textured disc), leaving the likely unwanted skins or seeds on top.
It's easy to disassemble and swap out the three included cutting or mashing discs, and the whole thing is dishwasher safe. This product comes in a 13 by 8-1/2 by 5 inch box.
