Product Notes:
These drink mixes have all been designed to help people wean themselves off an over-reliance on coffee drinks, which can impair your sleep and/or make you a little too 'wired' only to feel too drowsy again after the caffeine wears off, and which are usually overladen with artificial flavors and refined sugars or syrups when in latté form.
Two of these types - Beet and Turmeric - are completely Caffeine-free, while the Chocolate one only has a minute amount. The Matcha type contains green tea, which does have caffeine to uplift your energy level and improve your cognitive function and focus, but also has L-Theanine, which has a calming effect which cancels out the jitteriness often associated with caffeine alone. The Yerba Maté Mint also contains some of that premium Japanese matcha and thus some L-Theanine, although Yerba Maté itself contains caffeine, making this the most caffeinated variety.
In addition to their individual marquee ingredient providing the dominant flavour and the main antioxidant content or other health benefits (e.g., cardiovascular, for the Beet; and anti-inflammatory, for the Turmeric), and their shared coconut milk and coconut palm sugar ingredients to produce the latté effect (and some other ingredients like acacia gum to achieve the desired consistency or vanilla to complement the flavour), two also have at least one other active ingredient to help your mood (Ashwagandha and Saffron).

Supporting Science for the Probiotic:
The probiotic added to all these latte mixes is a specific 'numbered' strain (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856) that's been studied many times, and has been found to be among the top three most effective probiotics in improving various symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). See:
