Product Notes:
Originally used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, royal jelly is an apiarian (bee-related) superfood used to nourish the queen bee, giving her a long life and making her incredibly fertile. As a health tonic for humans, it was formerly only available to the rich and elite, given its high price and rarity, due to the difficulty of extraction. However, don't despair: the progress of modern beekeeping and product-processing has made this amazing antioxidant affordable for everyone!
Royal jelly contains all the B vitamins, as well as vitamins A, C, D, E, and K; it also contains 18 amino acids necessary for making protein in your body. And although the benefits of royal jelly have not yet been fully explored and utilized, studies suggest it may improve blood health.
