Phosphatidylserine (from Glycine max / Soy bean): 100 mg
Choline (from Choline Bitartrate): 100 mg
Inositol (from Zea mays / Corn kernel): 50 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, Veg. capsule (hypromellose, water), Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Vegetarian/Vegan Product. Contains no: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: take 1 capsule 3 times daily, with meals. Store in a cool, dry place.
