Info: 90 Enteric-Coated Softgels
Peppermint is widely recognized as an effective remedy to help regulate digestion. It has a calming effect on the smooth muscle of the digestive tract and can relieve nausea or vomiting, or promote the flow of bile from the gallbladder into the small intestine, thus aiding the digestion. Some find – and this has also been supported by scientific research – that peppermint can also help with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
