Maca is grown at high elevations in the Andes region of central Peru. It has been used for centuries by indigenous Peruvians as a food source, as well as for increasing stamina and energy. More recent scientific studies have demonstrated that Maca provides antioxidants, and supports hormonal balance and both male and female reproductive health - particularly some of the emotional aspects of sexual health, and it may increase male fertility, and ease some menopausal symptoms in women.

Each capsule contains:
500 mg Maca (Lepidium meyenii) (root).
Other ingredients: Veg. Capsule (hypromellose, water) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Free of: salt, yeast, sugar, corn, wheat, milk, preservatives.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 3 capsules, 2 times daily.
Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months; menopausal and postmenopausal women should consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
