Children need vitamins and minerals to support their immune systems, build strong bones, cartilage, gums, and teeth, and to properly digest and absorb other nutrients so they can continue to develop and function normally. But they don't always get or aren't always able to absorb enough from their diets to suffice (especially if there underlying food sensitivities or intolerances).

Suggested Usage:
Children Aged 3 to 11 years old: chew a total of two tablets daily, along with food. Take a few hours before or after any other medications (if applicable).
Adolescents, Age 12 and up: chew two tablets with food, twice daily (for 4 tablets altogether, per day). Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, if applicable).
Warnings:
Keep bottle out of reach of children: collectively, there is enough iron to seriously harm a child. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency; if you are unsure whether the subject is taking in enough copper, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
