Chondroitin is a chemical that is naturally found in cartilage and aids to maintain the integrity of the joints and MSM is an organic sulfur compound that aids to relieve inflammation.
NOW Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM may be more beneficial for those with Osteoarthritis (degeneration of joints over time) as it contains a higher amount of Chondroitin (note: it has gelatin rather than vegetarian capsules).
On the other hand, NOW High Potency Glucosamine & MSM with Chondroitin may be more suitable for those with Rheumatoid Arthritis (autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system attacks the joints) as research indicates MSM's antioxidant properties aid to reduce inflammation that is associated with autoimmune diseases.

Customer Review (Name Not Submitted): I found this product helpful in relieving stiffness and pain in the joints -- much more so than MSM on its own. Together with exercises suggested by my Physio -- and her treatments when needed, moist heat application, and yes, painkillers when that pain is too much, chronic pain has become manageable.

Suggested Usage:
