Ginger is a tropical perennial that grows 3 to 4 feet high. Fresh ginger root is commonly peeled or sliced and added to stews and other dishes for taste, and is also made into various forms of candy (and cookies, or other forms of gingerbread).
NOW Foods Ginger capsules can be taken either as-is, as regular supplements, or emptied out and used to make ginger tea. Natural colour variations may occur, both in the product and in the tea.

Suggested Usage:
