Info: 100 Softgels, Containing 1,000 mg Each
Flaxseed oil may be one of the healthiest edible oils around due to its high omega-3 content. Nutritional support benefits may include reduced inflammation, cholesterol, heart disease, and constipation; and improved brain development, cardiovascular system, and hair, skin and nail health. A new study shows it may even promote fertility in women with DOR (decreased ovarian reserve).

Product Notes:
Flaxseed oil has a very high concentration of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), which is one form of the essential fatty acid Omega-3 which our livers can then convert to the EPA and DHA (forms that people often take fish oils for).
Flax is of course a plant source omega-3s, and a popular alternative to fish oils. It's produced as a highly sustainable crop with virtually no negative impact on the environment and without acquiring heavy metals or other toxins.
As a food oil, its neutral, slightly nutty flavour makes a welcome addition to dips, salad dressings, toppings, or smoothies.
