There are plenty of pathogens out there in the world, and newborns would be almost completely defenseless against them if it weren't for colostrum: a natural elixir expectant mothers (both human and other mammals) begin producing midway into their pregnancy to be released as the first (and much thicker and more golden coloured) form of breastmilk, for the first days after birth.
Colostrum is a super-nutritious and protective food which, among other things, not only contains growth factors that can help grow or repair muscles, cartilage and skin, but also white blood cells, antibodies (the Y-shaped proteins that have already been trained how to recognize and neutralize harmful invaders like bacteria and viruses) and lactoferrin from the mother's immune systems, to, in essence, equip their little babes in the woods with a series of automatically activated bear-sprays to keep those microbial predators at bay.
Adults use colostrum supplements derived either from cow's or goat's milk partly for the same reason - to limit the impact of viral or other infections (including the common cold) - but also to help with endurance and resistance training, and to help improve intestinal barrier function, and to help clear up their skin. It's also been said to have a probiotic-like effect, in being able to enhance the bioavailability, absorption, and ultimate effects of other nutrients we take in (partly due to its lactoferrin, which enhances iron absorption, and partly by healing gut permeability).

Non-medicinal ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica, MCT Oil, Sunflower Lecithin.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take one capsule daily for up to two months.
