ʟ‑Glutamine: 150 mg
Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root extract, 0.8% eleutherosides: 100 mg
Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) leaf extract, 24% flavonoid glycosides and 6% terpene lactones: 80 mg
ʟ‑Theanine: 50 mg
Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) leaf: 40 mg
Whole gotu kola (Centella asiatica): 40 mg
Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri) 25:1 extract, 45% bacosides: 30 mg
Huperzine A, from toothed club-moss (Huperzia serrata): 200 mcg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable cellulose and purified water.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not take NewRoots SmartGinkgo if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have high blood pressure or are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E), as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection; or if you have a liver disorder or a heart, vessel, or blood-pressure condition; or if you are taking sedative drugs, acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, or medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures, or other prescription medications.
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite occurs, as these may be symptoms of liver disease. Also discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience dizziness; weakness; muscle cramping; heart palpitations; hypertension; increased sweating; blurry vision; and/or gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea or excessive salivation. And discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop.
