Product Notes:
Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D are essential for developing and maintaining strong bones and reducing the risk of developing osteoporosis (a disease in which bone density decreases, resulting in fragile, brittle bones), so it certainly makes sense to help with their assimilation. In addition, the trace mineral boron has also been shown in aiding to build muscles, increase testosterone levels and sexual health, as well as improve cognitive skills. It also has protective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can act throughout the body and brain.
