The small black seeds of Nigella sativa, known as small fennel or black cumin, are sometimes used as seasoning. The oil, which is pressed from the seeds, has a dark red-brown color, a spicy odor and is used as an edible natural oil.
Black Cumin Seed Oil is often used as a dietary supplement because it contains minerals such as calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, selenium, copper, phosphorus and zinc. It is used to treat arthritis, eczema and psoriasis and is known to promote smooth skin and shiny hair, and to sharpen eyesight and improve digestion, and help to lower blood sugar levels.
The seed oil contains around 70% polyunsaturated fatty acids and up to 3% volatile oil. It makes it an excellent supplement for the immune system, asthma and allergic conditions. Black seed oil has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients:
500 mg Black cumin (Nigella sativa) seed oil (50% linoleic acid - 20% oleic acid).
Non-medicinal ingredients: Mixed tocopherols (from non-GMO soy) in a softgel made of gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
Contains no preservatives, artificial colour or flavour, sugar, dairy, starch, wheat, gluten, yeast, citrus or egg.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with food, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a known immune disorder.
