Product Notes:
Replacement Springs:
6 springs per set. The Needak Soft-bounce rebounder utilizes a 4.25 inch (hook to hook) barrel spring with coils that taper from the centre to the outside. The centre coils are approximately 1.125 inch in diameter and the coil near the spring hook is approximately 0.875 inch in diameter. The legs of this rebounder are 9 inches long. The Permatron jump mat is approximately 28.25 inches in diameter. This is the spring Needak made famous in 1992. Others have tried to copy this unique design, but cannot match the softness and longevity of this spring. It features the unique barrel shape design and music wire construction to last one million bounces.
Carrying Case:
Travel bag made of Nylon packcloth. Durable easy to use design for transporting a 1/2 folding rebounder.
Frame Skirt:
For a 40" diameter rebounder with 6 legs. Will cover the edge of the frame and to within 1/2" of the jump surface. Universal for all Needak folding and non-folding units (and some competing models). Elastic edge banding pulls cover over frame and 6 pairs of Velcro ties secure to the legs. Easy on/off for maintenance and transport. This item was formerly marketed as a "spring cover," thought it effectively only serves as an aesthetic accessory (not full protection for your feet or the springs). It provides a clean look and can help deflect feet away from the bullhorn cleat used on older rebounders.
Rebounder Replacement Mat:
A 28 1/4" polypropylene jump mat for use with the Needak Soft-Bounce rebounder may be available by special request. Please contact us for details. Requires a 40" diameter frame and 36 of the 4 1/4" springs. Safety cleats pre-installed. Needak mats are made of Permatron, a polypropylene material that is resistant to UV rays, doesn't break down like other fabrics, and allows no moisture absorption. The important factor is the quality of the polypropylene thread used in the weave. Needak's fabric made in North America is very stable. Many polypropylene fabrics are blends and are not stable over a long period of time.
