Specific, strain-identified beneficial microflora such as the probiotics Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis found in UltraFlora IB have been demonstrated as being clinically effective in relieving IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and improving reported quality of life.
UltraFlora IB Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 60 billion CFUs,* consisting of:
30 billion CFUs Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM
30 billion CFUs Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07 Strain
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), and Silicon Dioxide.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after medication. Best if kept refrigerated.
Warnings:
Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.
