Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 3 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products (if applicable). Chew or crush tablets completely before swallowing - do not swallow them whole.
The Canadian directions are to confine this product's use to adults, at the full 3 per day dose (ideally, one with each meal). In the USA, Metagenics indicates Children between the ages 3 and 7 years may safely chew one tablet daily, and those over the age of 7 may chew one tablet one to two times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
Do not use Metagenics Multigenics Chewable multivitamin supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Keep the tablets out of the reach of children, especially those under the age of 3 (due to the risk of choking), and keep the bottle itself away those under the age of 6 (since the accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children in that age group).
