Mental fatigue, commonly associated with stress, can be debilitating. Exhilarin is a blend of adaptogenic herbs designed to assist in dealing with such complex issues.
Exhilarin blends the following: Ashwagandha, used for aeons to reduce and manage anxiety and increase energy; Holy Basil (a.k.a. Tulsi), helpful in lowering blood sugar and cholesterol, easing joint pain, and restoring and maintaining mental balance; Amla, a potent natural antioxidant which helps to cleanse the body and resist illnesses; and Bacopa, a herb used most often for improving memory, reducing anxiety, and helping to boost brain function and regulate serotonin production.
While Exhilarin is certainly not to be considered a cure-all for a frantic lifestyle, it can enable one to help manage stress and anxiety during difficult times and help to restore overall energy levels while helping to maintain mental acuity. For best results, take fairly early in the day, at least two hours before or after taking any other medications.

Each tablet contains:
200 mg Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, Root, 15:1 extract; 3000 mg DHE)
200 mg Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum, Leaf, 8:1 extract; 1,600 mg DHE)
165 mg Amla (Phyllanthus emblica, Fruit, 5:1 extract; 825 mg DHE)
50 mg Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri, whole plant, 8:1 extract; 400 mg DHE)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
This product is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications you may be on.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use Exhilarin if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or attempting to conceive. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications, or if you have a heart condition or diabetes. If you have or develop abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting, consult a healthcare practitioner. A laxative effect may occur, in which case, discontinue use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
