Suggested Usage:
Keep the bag of powder tightly closed in a cool, dry place. It has a shelf life of 9 months from its time of production when kept unrefrigerated.
Use cold water to reconstitute the powder into liquid milk. To optimize its smoothness and flavour, it is best that you mix it the night (or at least 8 hours) before you plan to use it. Keep the rehydrated milk refrigerated, as you would with regular store bought milk.
To make 1 Litre of milk, it is best done in a large shaker container with a lid:
1. Place 1 cup (250 ml) of water in a shaker, and then add 1 cup (or 14 tablespoons, or 125 g) of powder.
2. First swirl the container around gently to get the powder wet.
3. Then shake the container vigorously (with the lid on) for 10 seconds.
4. Finally, add 2 more cups (500 ml) of water, give it another thorough shake, and place it in the refrigerator overnight (or for eight hours) before drinking.
If you only need to make one cup or glass of milk at a time, you only need 3 tablespoons (30g) of powder. You could either adopt the same method (by adding the 3 Tbsp of powder to an equal volume of cold water, swirling it around to thoroughly wet the powder, shaking it, adding the final half cup of water, and shaking it again) ...or simply mix the 3 Tbsp of powder into a glass of 220 ml of cold water with a fork or whisk.
