Suggested Usage:
Secure the mandoline on, or over a plate or bowl using the notches. Holding the unit with one hand, place the food item over the beginning of the blade, secure the food pusher into the food item and slide it along the blade in a single swiping motion.Warnings:
Sharp blade; clip the food pusher onto the mandoline when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.
