In addition to their jars of Facial Scrub which incorporate it, Maiga offers these deep cleansing bars of African soap which can be used on the whole body. This particular type is made in Ghana, using a combination of the potash from charred plantain skins and cocoa pods with water to produce a Sodium Hydroxide solution to saponify the moisturizing palm kernel and coconut plant oils to create a lathering soap that can also exfoliate, and bolstered with Shea Butter, Neem Oil and pure honey, to provide additional germ-killing, moisturizing, and healing benefits.

Suggested Usage:
Wet your skin in the shower or bath, lather some soap on your hand or a washcloth, and apply to your skin. Rinse it off, and pat dry with a towel.
