The three adaptogens Living Alchemy has selected to support the adrenal system's response to stress, Ashwagandha, Holy Basil, and Rhodiola are all quite well known, and have already been featured as stars of their own vehicles, whose characteristics are outlined in these three videos. They have also added a calming nervine agent, California Poppy, to promote relaxation. Collectively, the combination is designed to reduce high stress levels; relieve nervousness and restlessness; provide energy and adrenal support; and even help optimize cognitive and nerve function.
In addition to this particular combination being quite unique, what really sets this product apart is how Living Alchemy not only uses the Whole herbs (organic ones, to boot) rather than just focusing on certain parts or extracts of it, in order to maximize the co-factors to facilitate its proper recognition and absorption by the body and to include all the other constituents of the plants which may be active ingredients as well (even if the scientists haven't had the opportunity to isolate and identify them yet), but also how it ferments them (in two separate media, yet: one using water-based kefir grains; the other a caffeine-free kombucha scoby), to activate or transform them into a living culture imbued with a more diverse array of probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes and nutrients that also becomes more readily absorbed.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times per day, either with or without food. Avoid taking before bedtime. Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use Living Alchemy Stress Less if you are pregnant or have bipolar or bipolar spectrum disorder.
