And the zippers on each side (on the original models - the newest ones only have them on the outer side) aren't just decorative: after their initial lacing to fit them to size, they transform them from a lace-up into a slipper, as far as the ease of getting them on or off (you only have to tie the laces once, if you use them that way).

The Nyon is named after a municipality and district of the same name, in the Swiss canton of Vaud, near Geneva.

The Nyon comes in a choice of two styles, with both featuring the type of air-cushioned shoe that's perfect for daily use whether for leisure or for a pleasant city stroll:
- in subtle black and white, the Nyon Black, whose modern style goes well with jeans as well as with sportswear (note, in some versions (the ones with zippers on both sides), there are strips of shiny laminated leather covering the eyelets, on others, it's only denim there);
- with a combination of blue-jean style fabric and a silver metallic sheen on the tongue and toe, the Nyon Navy is for trend-conscious women who want to dress up your feet to be a little more fashionable, cheerful and cheeky.

Sizing Advice for Stratus/Slim Fit Soles:
If your entire feet are narrow, simply use the European or U.S. sizes listed on the standard Recommended Sizing for the kybun Shoe Models table (which is based on the original kybun soles, which came in an extra wide (4E) width), after measuring the length of your foot. But if you have a wide forefoot, you may need to order a full U.S. size up (e.g. choose size 9.5 rather than 8.5) from what the table recommends for that length. Or if it's only your midfoot that's wide, order a U.S. half size up (e.g. from 8.5 to 9).
