Suggested Usage:
Recommended dose for Adults: Mix 10 g (1 scoop or packet) into 250 to 500 ml (1 to 2 cups) of water or unsweetened fruit juice once daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Use before breakfast and/or before and after workouts. Follow by drinking 1-2 cups of water.
For individuals with sensitive stomachs, use half the recommended amount for the first 1-2 weeks of use.
