The Zenker Layer Cake Slicer comes complete with a 12-inch baker's knife, an adjustable mold which can go around cakes ranging from 10 to 11" in diameter, and a large lifting tray to scoop up and drop each layer into place after you apply the filling to the layer below.
Each piece can be washed in the dishwasher (or by hand with regular dishwashing detergent and a soft cloth or brush: do not scour).
