Or perhaps you have heard of the health benefits from mushroom drinks and want to try them yourself, but are a little apprehensive about the taste. Four Sigmatic solves both issues with upgrades for your coffee, so you can drink it without putting strain on your body, and with concentrated, espresso-like ways to consume superfood mushroom.
Each type delivers 500 mg of their strong mushroom dual-extracts per packet.

- Mushroom Coffee Mix with Cordyceps & Chaga (Defend): Organic Instant coffee powder (100% arabica), Organic Wildcrafted Chaga Mushroom, Organic Cordyceps Extract, Organic Eleuthero Extract. Contains 50 mg of Caffeine; 350 mg of Chaga; and 150 mg of Cordyceps per serving.
- Mushroom Coffee Mix with Lion's Mane (Think): Organic Instant Coffee powder (100% arabica), Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract, Organic Wildcrafted Chaga Mushroom Extract, Organic Wildcrafted Rhodiola Rosea extract. Contains 50 mg of Caffeine; 250 mg of Lion's Mane; and 150 mg of Chaga per serving.
Suggested Usage:
For a hot coffee, add one 2.5-gram packet to 240 ml (8 fl oz) of hot water.
For an iced coffee, add one 2.5-gram packet to 180 ml (6 fl oz) of warm water, add ice, and let chill.
Stir / mix, sip and enjoy!
You can top these with coconut milk, almond cream or dairy cream, if desired, or even a small chunk of butter. Or add a powder packet to baking, smoothies, or to your own chocolate (if you make it from raw nibs).
Start with one dose per day. After a few days, you can increase or adjust the dose according to your needs and feelings.
