MSM is a great alternative to pain relievers such as NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs), which can be quite hard on the stomach. In addition, even though it's not an MSM is not an antioxidant itself, it can increase the body's antioxidant capacity, and clinical trials have found it helps reduce inflammation and oxidative damage to muscles during exercise.
Consequently, Flora has come out with a Sport MSM line to promote antioxidant capacity after exercise, which is the same formulation, with slightly different directions on frequency of use.

Per MSM Capsule (NPN 80003029):
1000 mg MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane), plus magnesium stearate and hypromellose (capsules) and silicon dioxide.
Similarly, the MSM Powder (NPN 80003696) contains 5 g of MSM per (5 g) teaspoon, and also has silicon dioxide in it.
The MSM powder and capsules are vegan and non-GMO.

Suggested Usage:
For Joint Pain:
Adults: Take 1 capsule, or blend 1/4 tsp. (1.25g) of powder into a glass of water or juice, up to three times daily with food. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
To reduce muscle inflammation and promote antioxidant capacity after exercise:
Adults: Take 1 capsule 4 times daily with food. Avoid taking at bedtime.
MSM Soothing Massage Rub: Apply to affected areas as often as required, to relieve ongoing joint pain; its mild blend of arnica, shea butter, and other natural ingredients can help bring a sense of well-being to sore joints through massage.
