Info: 150 g Resealable Bag
If you're dairy-free or have visitors who are allergic or intolerant to almonds or soy, coconut milk is an excellent vegan and non-dairy alternative that can be enjoyed in a wide variety of foods or drinks. It's naturally sweet, and, when saved in powdered form like this, can provide a sugar-free, vegan (unlike honey, no bees were exploited in its production!) natural alternative to both dairy and powdered icing sugar products, and also has other virtues.

Product Notes:
Coconut Milk Powder is not only dairy-free and lactose-free... it's also a prebiotic, which fosters helpful bacteria growth in the large bowel to aid the absorption of nutrients and minerals. And that's not all; it also contains:
• Lauric Acid: a saturated fat which actually has medicinal uses to treat a variety of infections (it can kill bacteria, viruses and fungi, especially when it gets converted into monolaurin when you digest it);
• Medium Chain Fatty Acids (aka Medium-Chain Triglycerides, or MCTs), which are used as energy rather than stored as fat, and may actually be able to stimulate metabolism to help burn existing body fat; and,
• (Water) Soluble Dietary Fibre, which slows down digestion a bit, and can make you feel full (so you'll eat less) and produce less of a spike in blood sugar levels, and can also help lower LDL blood cholesterol.
You can use coconut milk as a creamer for coffee, tea, or in all manner of sweet or savoury dishes such as curries, or drinks like piña coladas or smoothies, or puddings or other desserts.
Coconut Milk Powder is a convenient way to include this versatile food or drink in your pantry: it does not require refrigeration; it has a relatively long shelf life; and is in a slim-profile resealable pouch which won't clutter up your fridge and can stay tucked away until you need it.
