High-Dose Green Tea Extract Green tea has numerous health benefits, but these benefits are generally seen in those who consume ten or more cups per day. As it's difficult to drink ten cups each and every day, AOR's Active Green Tea with Epigallocatechin Gallate (EgCG) allows for those on the go to get their 'daily dose' of the beverage.

Suggested Usage:
To equal the EgCG consumption of the best Japanese studies, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
