Believed to have its first mention in the medical literature in a 1939 Japanese article, Resveratrol is a polyphenol antioxidant compound found in a selection of herbs as well in the skins of grapes, blueberries, cranberries, and other berries.
This AOR formula also contains Quercetin, flavonoid antioxidants with anti-inflammatory properties. When compared to other flavonoids, only quercetin inhibited platelet-activating factor and suppressed a type of inflammatory response induced by allergens by inhibiting lipoxygenase. Acta-Resveratrol also contains vitamin C, black pepper extract (known to increase the absorption of nutrients).
Caloric restriction is one of the most clinically proven methods of increasing lifespan in the laboratory, and is known to extend the life spans of a number of species, including mammals. Resveratrol has been shown to switch on the longevity gene called SIRT1, normally turned on by the body during times of famine.

Suggested Usage:
