The I600 features a long lasting (up to 7 years), hospital-grade, True HEPA filter for particle abatement (achieving 99.7% efficiency at 0.3 microns, from over 100 square feet of filtration surface).
If there are generally also a fair bit of odours or airborne chemicals or gases to adsorb, an optional HI-C carbon weave filter is recommended
