Swissmar was founded in Russell, Manitoba in 1983, and relocated to their current home in Richmond Hill, Ontario, in 1986. They are the North American partner of Borner from Germany, Dalla Piazza from Switzerland, Peugeot and Mastrad of France, SCANPAN from Denmark, and Zyliss from Switzerland, among others, in addition of their own brand of quality kitchen products and utensils.
