Blueberry Powder:
Add intense taste and some sweetness, with low glycemic Blueberry Powder from Organic Traditions for an antioxidant-packed punch that also provides manganese and fiber. Prepared with a proprietary low temperature drying process to optimize its nutritional profile, each tablespoon is equivalent to 1/2 a cup of fresh blueberries. This superfruit powder can be added to water, yogourts, blended smoothies, snacks or desserts, as desired.
Freeze-Dried Maqui Berry Powder:
The Maqui Berry, also known as the Chilean wineberry, is an antioxidant-rich superfood harvested from the native Patagonian evergreen tree, Aristotelia chilensis. Maqui berries are an excellent source of vitamin C, iron and fiber; the indigenous Mapuche people even used the maqui berry in a traditional fermented tonic called chicha for many generations. Maqui berries' deep purple colour comes from the family of pigments called anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are not only responsible for the berries' vibrant color, but also have other health-promoting benefits including anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties. By utilizing freeze drying and cold milling processes, Organic Traditions is able to preserve the tart flavour, exquisite colour, and nutritional benefits of the maqui berry.
Antioxidant Berry Blast:
This unique blend of acai, maqui, blueberry, and camu camu is an antioxidant power-house! All of these deep purple colored berries are excellent sources of vitamin C and fiber, not to mention the heart healthy omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids that are contained within the acai berry. The vibrant colors of the berries originate from the antioxidant-rich family of flavonoids known as anthocyanins. This superfood blend also packs in an ORAC value of 2,600 per teaspoon (4 gram serving). (The Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) measures the amount of antioxidant levels of various foods.) A diet high in antioxidant-rich foods, such as Organic Traditions Antioxidant Berry Blast Powder, may offer anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic and anti-viral benefits.

Suggested Usage:
Add 1 to 3 teaspoons to water, coconut water, or your favorite juice. (As there are no binders or excipients added, contents may settle even after it is mixed, so continue to stir if mixing it with water or juice, if you are drinking it slowly.)
Or mix with yogurt, fresh berries and cereal, or use it to make delicious, healthy raw desserts. Or add 1 to 3 teaspoons to your favorite smoothie recipe to create a nourishing, antioxidant rich smoothie.
